Shipping & Orders
In Italy: Standard shipping costs €5 for orders under €100. Orders of €100 or more receive free shipping.
In Europe: Standard shipping costs €10 for orders under €150, while shipping is free for orders over this threshold.
MadeinC ships throughout Italy and Europe. We do not currently ship outside of Europe.
Jewelry production generally takes 3-5 business days. Once ready, packages are delivered via courier within 2-3 business days. During peak demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
After shipping, you'll receive an email containing the tracking code and a link to the courier's website to track your delivery in real time.
If you don't receive your code within 2 business days of shipping, please contact support at madeinc.italy@gmail.com for immediate assistance.

MadeinC jewelry is resistant to minor contact with water, such as quick hand washing or light rain. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes, soaps, or chlorinated water to preserve its longevity and brilliance.
Returns & Changes
Sì. Accettiamo resi entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell'ordine, a condizione che il prodotto sia integro, non indossato e nella confezione originale.

Yes, you can change an order by contacting the MadeinC team as soon as possible via email at madeinc.italy@gmail.com , specifying the desired changes. Changes will only be accepted if the order has not yet been produced or shipped.
If you wish to exchange a product or size, you can contact the brand before shipping. MadeinC will do everything possible to accommodate your request within the limits of current production.
