Shipping & Orders
Italy: standard shipping costs €5 for orders under €100. Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping.
Europe: standard shipping costs €10 for orders under €150, while shipping is free above this threshold.
MadeinC ships throughout Italy and Europe. We do not currently ship outside of Europe.
Jewelry production generally takes 3-5 business days. Once ready, packages are delivered via courier within 2-3 business days. During peak demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Products
MadeinC jewelry is resistant to minor contact with water, such as quick hand washing or light rain. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes, soaps, or chlorinated water to preserve its longevity and brilliance.
Returns & Changes
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided the product is intact, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please write to madeinc.italy@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 business hours with instructions for the return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Yes, you can change an order by contacting the MadeinC team as soon as possible via email at madeinc.italy@gmail.com , specifying the desired changes. Changes will only be accepted if the order has not yet been produced or shipped.
If you wish to change product or size, please contact us before the order is shipped. MadeinC will do its best to accommodate the request within the limits of current production. Write to us at madeinc.italy@gmail.com indicating your order number.
