  • In Europe: €10 for orders under €150. Free for orders equal or greater.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship all over Italy and Europe. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.

What are the delivery times?

The jewelry, being handcrafted, is generally delivered within 2-3 business days from shipment. However, during peak order periods, delivery times may be extended.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a link with the tracking code via email as soon as your order is entrusted to the courier, usually within 1-2 working days from confirmation.

What should I do if I don't receive the tracking link?

Jewellery can come into contact with water. It is recommended to avoid prolonged contact with substances such as perfumes or soaps
